3) Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applicable to our fees. We will provide you e-invoice & Input Tax Credit in case you provide us GSTIN at time of making payment. The amount of professional fees & govt. charges, if any, shall be informed to you which varies as per case to case basis.
4) You expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount of professional fees received by us, if any, for use of services. We will not be liable for any amount more than that in any case.

6) This website is controlled by A.G CONSULTING from our office situated at Delhi. In case of any dispute the law of India shall be the governing law & the courts situated at Delhi only shall have the territotial jurisdiction to adjudicate upon the same.
7) Cancellation of order / Refund is not possible once you have paid for availing the services. You understand & agree that we are incurring costs & dedicating time, manpower, technology & efforts for providing the service.
8) Unless otherwise expressed, we expressly disclaim all warranties & conditions of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and infringement.
9) We shall not be liable to you for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of services due to factors beyond our control, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including but not limited to natural calamities, action of a court or public authority, change in law, war etc.
10) We cannot guarantee the result or outcome. And for reasons beyond our control like procedure / inaction / delay on part of govt. / authorities, it is possible that the performance of services may get delayed.
11) The data provided by you shall be kept confidential by us and shall not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as mandated by law, court order, or professional obligation.
